Lead cross-functional teams in developing and managing technical change projects to improve department efficiency and capability, serving the needs of the business.
About the Role
- Develop and manage technical change projects to improve department efficiency and capability
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project/program financial targets in support of business objectives
- Control budgets to meet authorized funding, as agreed by management
- Analyze complex processes and problems to identify areas of improvement and risk
- Act as a trusted advisor within the Technical Department, balancing bottom-line objectives with long-term interests of the business

Requirements
- Rélevant third-level qualification in Engineering/Manufacturing/Science or equivalent related discipline
- 15 years previous experience in a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical environment
- Technical Operations Supervisory experience
- Skilled in effective management, planning, investigation, and communication
- Strong Technical decision-making and problem-solving skills, demonstrated good judgment
