Job Description

Job Description: Technical Records Administrator for ASL Airlines Fleet Manage technical records for the ASL Airlines fleet, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for maintenance and regulatory compliance. The purpose of this role is to administer the technical records for the aircraft in the ASL Airlines fleet. Key responsibilities include: * Entering data into the relevant maintenance control computer system * Updating aircraft technical records * Managing aircraft technical records inventory * Monitoring operational, configuration and administration functional requirements * Reporting failures in systems, processes or resources * Recommending changes to eliminate deficiencies and improve efficiencies * Promoting strict adherence to Continued Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) requirements * Conducting periodic audits to ensure quality systems and standards are maintained * Ensuring accurate records of all checks, services and maintenance or repair activities * Maintaining all original technical records and ensuring their secure storage * Reviewing flight logs and completed maintenance work packages for completeness and compliance with all time-limited maintenance requirements * Maintaining a current list of aircraft operated by the company * Maintaining competence through continued education and training in their area of responsibility Note: The company will facilitate this process.
