Our Pharmaceutical client based inSouth Dublin have an exciting requirement for an experienced Technical Recruiter for a 3 contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the TA function, with a specific focus on technical roles. Responsibilities will encompass all duties from candidate attraction to onboarding of talent, providing continuous recruitment guidance and support to various business units. RESPONSIBILITES REQUIRED Support the design and development of the TA function. Providing TA support to business leaders throughout recruitment process Working to ensure headcount recruitment plan is followed and achieved Supporting pre-boarding & onboarding programme for new hires Co-ordinate sourcing strategies and plan Management of ATS Ensure constant positive candidate experience throughout the process Creation of comprehensive job descriptions TA Metrics reporting Lead and support key business projects as required EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Minimum of 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically for Techncial/IT recruitment Experience working in TA within a large, fast paced organisation Significant expertise in TA systems and processes. Demonstrable ability to influence senior managers and build strong relationships Degree qualified in Human Resources or other relevant education Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
