Job Description

Our Pharmaceutical client based in South Dublin have an exciting requirement for an experienced Technical Recruiter for a 3 contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the TA function, with a specific focus on technical roles. Responsibilities will encompass all duties from candidate attraction to onboarding of talent, providing continuous recruitment guidance and support to various business units.

RESPONSIBILITES REQUIRED

- Support the design and development of the TA function.
- Providing TA support to business leaders throughout recruitment process
- Working to ensure headcount recruitment plan is followed and achieved
- Supporting pre-boarding & onboarding programme for new hires
- Co-ordinate sourcing strategies and plan
- Management of ATS
- Ensure constant positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Creation of comprehensive job descriptions
- TA Metrics reporting
- Lead and support key business projects as required

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically for Techncial/IT recruitment
- Experience working in TA within a large, fast paced organisation
- Significant expertise in TA systems and processes.
- Demonstrable ability to influence senior managers and build strong relationships
- Degree qualified in Human Resources or other relevant education
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
