Job Description

Our Pharmaceutical client based in South Dublin have an exciting requirement for an experienced Technical Recruiter for a 3 contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the TA function, with a specific focus on technical roles.

Responsibilities will encompass all duties from candidate attraction to onboarding of talent, providing continuous recruitment guidance and support to various business units.


RESPONSIBILITES REQUIRED

  • Support the design and development of the TA function.
  • Providing TA support to business leaders throughout recruitment process
  • Working to ensure headcount recruitment plan is followed and achieved
  • Supporting preboarding & onboarding programme for new hires
  • Coordinate sourcing strategies and plan
  • Management of ATS
  • Ensure constant positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Creation of comprehensive job descriptions
  • TA Metrics reporting
  • Lead and support key business projects as required

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically for Techncial/IT recruitment
  • Experience working in TA within a large, fast paced organisation
  • Significant expertise in TA systems and processes.
  • Demonstrable ability to influence senior managers and build strong relationships
  • Degree qualified in Human Resources or other relevant education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
