Job Description

Technical Sales Administrator Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin Duration:12 Month Fixed Term Contract Overview of the Role: This role will report directly to the Contract Manager. The role will involve sales administration with responsibility for supporting customer service on Veolia Key accounts. The Technical Sales Administrator will be part of a contract management team providing waste management contract support for a number of clients. Day to Day of the Role: To support and assist the customer services / contract management team in the field of sales, account management, after sales service and day to day customer support Assist with quotations and preparation of presentations Promoting Veolia services to current clients and selling services to new clients Performing office-based administrative duties on behalf of the contract management team Arranging waste collections for our customers and preparing associated regulatory paperwork Maintain and manage customer databases Operate CRM systems Update customer database with sales orders, delivery, and payment details. Coordinate between internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Initiate best practices and standards in providing administrative assistance to sales staff. Reporting: Provision of regular reports to clients and line manager Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, pricing / invoice queries etc; Ensure customer is receiving best possible service levels Cooperate with all Company health and safety initiatives and to do your utmost to maintain a high level of safety awareness and not partake in any action, which might lead to injury to yourself or others. Promoting Veolia's purpose of Ecological Transformation through our everyday actions in the waste management services we provide to our clients Required Skills for this Role: 2 to 3 years proven sales administrative experience, preferably in a service-related industry; ideally serving the pharmaceutical or chemical industry Environmental Science background / qualification is an advantage for the role Waste management experience - Desired Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of performing to a high level with energy, drive and a strong ability to implement continuous improvements Computer literate - must have the ability to use Microsoft & Google Applications Motivated and ambitious self-starter and capable of working on own initiative Be ?exible and adaptable in the work environment Full Drivers licence (Desirable) Here at Veolia, we're proud to be known as an equal opportunities employer.
