Technical Services Representative Location: Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork Duration:Permanent Day to Day of the Role: Management of all aspects of Integrated Waste Management and associated activities at clients sites Assurance of Service Environment & Safety Performance Cost Management Development of Synergies and Operational Efficiencies Technical Support Development of Best Practice Innovation and Improvement in Waste Stream Management Liaison with External Service Components Manage waste movements / transactions, ordering containers / Tankers/ skips, logistics, paperwork etc Handling/treatment of materials at points of exit to the drum compound, non hazardous and hazardous waste Supervise collection and transport of waste materials to interim or final disposal destinations and preparation of all relevant paperwork as required Provide technical support and/or technical liaison between Veolia and clients Auditing of collection vehicles and waste management systems Management of waste compounds and Tank Farm where required Manage aspects of Total Waste Management compliance where required Ordering supplies, labels, packaging etc Classification of waste streams for ADR / IMDG in association with client and Veolia Technical Team Provide Technical support to the clients Develop and implement continuous improvements Shunting of Tankers Required Skills for the Role: The TSR will have technical / chemical awareness / knowledge regarding Total Waste Management (TWM) and as a minimum provide evidence of training in the following: Waste Management Chemical Awareness Training to the level of DGSA would be provided by Veolia DGSA Clear Driving Licence, Safe Pass and Manual Handling is a requirement.
