On behalf of our client in Dublin, we are recruiting a Technical Services Manager to join their team.As Technical Services Manager you will collaborate with colleagues to inspire customer moments of delight and pursue amazing outcomes each day.You will be customer focused, highly motivated, proactive and show great initiative to keep the Facilities running smoothly. Core Responsibilities: Quality, Health, Safety and Environment It is the overall objective for all of our roles to participate in creating and enhancing our safety culture To support this youll log quality hazards and ensure resulting actions are closed out. This helps make our spaces safer and improve the safety culture You are accountable for the legislative compliance in relation to Health and Safety for all building operations activities and ensure compliance with Client policies and procedures Operations You lead or contribute to team huddles and meetings where applicable You ensure all specific facilities issues are logged and ensure remedial actions are completed proactively You ensure ad hoc support requests are recorded within company systems You know that positive relationships with key stakeholders in company & Client builds trust and you foster this through clear articulation of technical challenges, processes and systems Education: Relevant qualification in Mechanical and Electrical field Health and Safety qualification, Nebosh / IOSH Skills: Language - fluency in written and spoken English Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills An eye for detail and good design Strong communication skills Excellent time management skills The ability to work well both as part of a team and on your own Excellent motivational and influencing skills demonstrating integrity and a level commercial awareness Knowledge: Broad technical knowledge and understanding of FM and building systems. Must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of all systems within the building services environment Knowledge of Implementation and monitoring of policy and process compliance Experience: Dependable and flexible, able to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsive to customer requests in an empathic, supportive and productive manner Experience of working within a maintenance Team Skills: Technical Services Manager
