Role Overview: Do you have experience in the delivery and maintenance of critical hard services in pharmaceutical plants, data centres, and large commercial buildings? Here youll manage day-to-day technical services for the facility, leading the technical team and subcontractors. Youll ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage budgets, and provide regional technical support. Focus on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Maintain safety logs, manage incident reporting, and handle audits. Operations: Address facilities issues and ensure maintenance is completed. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage customer satisfaction. Oversee all technical services, including maintenance and asset management using the CMMS system. People Management: Lead and motivate the technical team, manage performance, and support development plans. Work with HR to recruit and retain staff. Supplier Management: Manage subcontractor performance and ensure SLA compliance. Finance: Manage technical services budget and monitor monthly reports. Identify cost-effective solutions and manage client spend approvals. Projects: Support refurbishments and renovations, overseeing minor works and driving innovation. Success Metrics: Deliver KPIs and SLAs. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a safe, motivated team. Requirements: Essential: Experience managing technical services in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, data centres, or high-end commercial properties. Qualification in Mechanical/Electrical fields. Health and Safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH/IOSH). Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
