Technical Specialist - Microbiology - Pharmaceuticals - 12-Month Contract
Our global Pharmaceutical client is seeking a Technical Specialist to join their team in Cork, Ireland, a city renowned for its manufacturing excellence and historical significance.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:**
- Provide technical direction for the Lab Ops Microbiology team on day-to-day issues
- Ensure compliance to all relevant procedures and practices and implement recommended improvements
- Troubleshoot technical issues and lead investigations through scientific problem-solving approaches
- Partner with cross-functional groups to support change management and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with site EHS policy, cGMP, and other business regulations, and participate in risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
- Ensure the highest Quality, Compliance, and Safety standards by participating in and complying with our Manufacturing Division Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
- Lead problem-solving teams across all areas of the IPT, including reliability, Safety, and Quality
- Lead and close process-related deviations and reports
