Key responsibilities include acting as a Tier 2 escalation point for customer issues, assisting with support cases, leading support efforts for critical customers, and coordinating with Customer Success Managers. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker, an excellent communicator, and passionate about helping customers succeed with Restorepoint.
