Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. They are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, a strong desire to learn, and a commitment to growing within the organization.As a fast-paced, technology-driven company, they are dedicated to delivering high-quality support to their customers every day.Responsibilities:Provide Level 1 technical support to customers through phone, email, live chat, and onsite visits in a professional and friendly manner.Troubleshoot and diagnose issues both remotely and onsite, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.Monitor system alert tickets and proactively address potential issues.Document all troubleshooting steps and contribute to knowledge base articles.Identify opportunities to improve IT operations and enhance client systems.Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Accurately record timesheets and job cards.Adhere to the company's Health & Safety requirements.Essential Requirements:Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Recent IT graduate with 1+ years of experience in IT systems support.Strong understanding of networking and SQL (preferably MSSQL).Must hold a full, clean EU driver’s license.A service-oriented mindset with a commitment to getting the job done right.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Minimum Stamp 4 Visa.Desirable but Not Essential:Experience supporting server infrastructure (Windows or Linux), Microsoft 365, VoIP, and network infrastructure is a significant advantage.Previous experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment would be beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
