Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Support Engineer to join our Global Support organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, be passionate about delivering outstanding support, and have a strong partnership mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and execute cases of all severities, ensuring customers are satisfied with our suite of products.
  • Develop a strong partnership across Worldwide Support, R&D, and Support Operations team.
  • Provide high-level support and expertise to strategic accounts, leveraging technical concepts and being highly customer-centric.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of customer and Salesforce management.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with database concepts, data management (RDBMS), JSON, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Object-Oriented design and core programming concepts.
  • Familiarity with REST and SOAP API.
  • Familiarity with front-end web tier (JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS, and cross-browser development) and back-end (Java, .Net, SQL) software development.
  • Fluency in French in addition to English language.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Splunk, system monitoring tools, and debugging using browser developer tools.
  • Understanding of Internet technologies, firewalls, web servers, web proxy servers, etc.
  • Database and relational data structures knowledge.
  • Experience with large-scale, multi-tenant production environments.
  • API Programming or Software Development experience.
  • Software Design Lifecycle knowledge.
  • Visualforce and Apex code experience.
  • CRM domain knowledge and any Salesforce Certifications.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce CRM and its technologies.
  • Lightning Web Components experience.
  • Experience providing enterprise SaaS support.
  • Familiarity with Slack/Quip.
