Job Description

Help our team drive customer success with Mule Soft products by researching technologies, resolving complex issues, and providing expert support to customers. Take ownership of customer issues, work closely with internal teams, and create knowledge base materials to empower the developer community.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution
  • Liaise with internal teams on technical issues and product roadmap changes
  • Provide feature explanation and implementation standard methodologies
  • Create knowledge base materials for operational efficiency
  • Respond promptly to technical support requests
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve integration challenges
  • Document and track support cases, solutions, and interactions

Key requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and escalate customer issues
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
  • Proven experience in Technical Support
  • Strong understanding of REST and SOAP web-based services, WSDL interpretation, generation, and consumption
  • Experience troubleshooting Internet technologies, database concepts, and data management

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience in Application Support and middleware/networking knowledge
  • Knowledge of multi-tenant, grid, parallel, or distributed computing architectures
  • Experience with at least one programming language, such as Java, .NET, or PHP

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Experience in Java development, including debugging against Java APIs, and hosting services using JEE and/or JSE framework
  • Experience with JEE Application Servers and Containers
  • Deep knowledge of Internet technologies and protocols
  • Experience with SOAP, REST, Webservices, Tomcat, XML, JMS, WS, and SOA/Integration technologies
