Seeking a Junior Technical Support Engineer to assist customers with product information, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and provide setup and training on various products.

Our client, a global provider of machinery automation solutions, is looking for a skilled individual to join their Dublin team.

Job Description

As a Junior Technical Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in:

  • Investigating and resolving technical issues reported by customers or end-users
  • Providing product information, setup, and training to customers
  • Liaising with colleagues to secure technical information and solutions
  • Creating and maintaining records to assist customers and internal teams
  • Managing the escalation of complex or unresolved issues

You will work closely with colleagues both internally and at HQ, and be required to travel within Ireland and abroad.

Requirements

  • Technical qualification in Electrical, Engineering, or IT Comms
  • Good organisational skills
  • Proven technical background with an ability to develop a deep understanding of electrical systems
  • Ability to stay current with latest technological developments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent level of computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to communicate technical information clearly
  • Clean full Irish driving license
