Job Description

Own end-to-end customer support experience. Provide prompt analysis of technical challenges and business issues. Deliver great customer support to each case. Solve technical issues, integrations and API/SSJS functionalities. Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution. Build and maintain Knowledge Base Articles for internal and external audiences. Collaborate with team to increase team spirit and efficiency.

Key requirements include customer-focused experience, ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, optimal prioritization and multi-tasking skills. Knowledge of internet development technologies, database concepts, SQL and programming abilities are required. Proficient in French and English is also necessary.

Desired skills include experience in Technical Support, Salesforce/Marketing Cloud and its technologies. Familiarity with Trailhead and CRM proven experience are also beneficial.
