Our client, a leading company in the industry, is looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join their team.
About the Role
- Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions related to products and equipment.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to address complex technical queries and ensure accurate product information is provided.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and support materials for customers and internal teams.
- Conduct training sessions and presentations for customers and staff on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field) or equivalent technical experience.
- Previous experience in a technical support or engineering role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of pumps, valves, and related equipment is highly advantageous.
