Position: Technical Support Engineer Location: Co. Louth Salary:€35,000 - €40,000+ Exciting Opportunity: Technical Support Engineer in County Louth! About the Role: Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for their products and services. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and a solid understanding of technical equipment, with knowledge of pumps and valves considered a distinct advantage. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions related to products and equipment. Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment efficiency. Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to address complex technical queries and ensure accurate product information is provided. Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and support materials for customers and internal teams. Conduct training sessions and presentations for customers and staff on the operation and maintenance of equipment. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field) or equivalent technical experience. Previous experience in a technical support or engineering role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
