WP Engine is seeking a Technical Support L1 to provide support to customers primarily through live chat, phone, and support tickets.
About the Role
- Provide technical support to customers through live chat, phone, and support tickets
- Develop a deep technical knowledge of open source technologies
- Work with customers to resolve technical issues and provide solutions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service
- Knowledge of WordPress, plugins, and themes
- Knowledge of DNS and SSL
- Experience with Linux command line
- Experience with StudioPress and/or Genesis framework
