Technical Support L1

WP Engine is seeking a Technical Support L1 to provide support to customers primarily through live chat, phone, and support tickets.

About the Role

  • Provide technical support to customers through live chat, phone, and support tickets
  • Develop a deep technical knowledge of open source technologies
  • Work with customers to resolve technical issues and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service
  • Knowledge of WordPress, plugins, and themes
  • Knowledge of DNS and SSL
  • Experience with Linux command line
  • Experience with StudioPress and/or Genesis framework
