Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers using live chat, phone, and support tickets
- Develop a deep technical knowledge of open source technologies
- Identify and solve problems using creative problem-solving techniques
- Continuously learn and grow technical knowledge to better support customers
- Maintain a great team and working environment by assisting fellow team members
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service
- Knowledge of WordPress, Plugins, and Themes
- Knowledge of DNS and SSL
- Understanding of file systems and remote management tools
- Experience with StudioPress and/or Genesis framework
- Previous experience with online chat and/or instant messaging tools
- Previous experience with phone support
