Technical Support Senior Engineer - French Speaker
We're seeking a seasoned Technical Support Senior Engineer to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a leader in cybersecurity and networking solutions, we're committed to delivering innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support for the deployment and operation of Sonic Wall network security products
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues related to Firewall, IPS, and VPN solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to replicate reported issues, validate bug fixes, and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sonic Wall products and related industry technologies
- Monitor and track issues to ensure accurate resolution and a positive customer experience
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in network security support, with a strong understanding of LAN/WAN topologies and technologies
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, Routing Protocols, and Firewall
- Ability to work in a high-stress and interrupt-driven environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or Electronic & Communications Engineering
