Technical Transfer Engineer (Fill Finish) at PSC Biotech
PSC Biotech is a leading biotech consultancy firm with global operations. We provide cloud-based software solutions for quality management and regulatory inspections to pharmaceutical clients.
As a Technical Transfer Engineer (Fill Finish), you will work with external partners to deliver technical transfer of vaccine and biologics programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering technical transfer of vaccine and biologics programs to external partners
- Authorizing and reviewing GMP documentation and regulatory filings
- Providing on-site coverage at external partner sites
- Translating GMP requirements into standardized work processes
- Ensuring external partners are inspection ready
- Participating in creating and sharing best practices and business process strategies
Requirements include:
- A minimum of 4 years of post-bachelor's degree experience in a GMP functional area
- 3-5 years of fill finish technical transfer experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Travel requirements of approximately 25-40%
