Technical Sales Engineer We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Engineer to develop complex automation solutions and proposals for our global customer base. **Key Responsibilities:** • Work with engineering teams to develop bespoke solutions for customers • Understand customer manufacturing challenges and identify required solutions • Qualify sales enquiries to ensure fit for our business • Develop accurate and competitive proposals • Present proposals to customers and discuss elements • Provide commercial handover to the business • Develop long-lasting relationships with customers • Upsell and cross-sell while onsite with customers • Travel may be required **Qualifications & Experience:** • L8 BEng or BSc Degree • 3+ years in a technical sales role or automation environment • Experience with Autodesk Inventor / SolidWorks (advantage) • Previous customer exposure (advantage) **Key Skills & Abilities:** • Interest in latest technologies • Excellent communication skills • Team player • Commercial understanding • Self-starter with ability to work on own initiative • Excellent client focus • Working to deadlines • Communication and influencing skills • Highly organized project management skills **About Modular Automation:** Modular Automation is an engineering company offering automation and integration solutions to the world's leading medical technology manufacturers.
