My client is a leading full service commercial law firm. They have had huge success in the IP, technology, data protection areas and have a great reputation as one of the top advisors in this space. An opportunity has now arisen for a Technology and Data Protection Solicitor with 2-6 years PQE to join their growing team. This role will appeal to an ambitious solicitor who is keen to work as part of a dynamic team with an impressive local and international client base. My client is seeking an individual with the following experience and qualities: Broad commercial contracts experience gained in private practice or in-house with significant experience in technology, outsourcing, distributionand agency agreements. An excellent understanding of Irish and EU data protection law with considerable experience in advising on data protection regimes and compliance at a senior level. Expertise in IP advisory work. Experience in strategic due diligence and related transaction work in the areas of IP, technology and privacy. Familiarity with e-commerce / consumer laws and/or gaming and gambling laws. Commercially focused with developedanalytical and drafting skills.
