Our grads will join us on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract starting 2nd September 2025 and will be based in our Head Office in Dublin's vibrant Docklands. As a Three Graduate you'll... You'll be supported in each of your rotations to gain hands on knowledge and experience of the team and overall function. You'll have lots of opportunities to put your skills and learning into practice supporting key activities. As a Three Graduate you'll regularly get together with the wider graduate community for development and problem-solving real-life business scenarios. What's involved in Technology Within the Chief Data Office function we are passionate about driving insight and value from data. The team work across a broad spectrum of data infrastructure and engineering, exploratory analysis, deep dive analyses, business intelligence, feature engineering, machine learning and AI in pursuit of bespoke solutions to meet business needs. Joining as a graduate data specialist in Three you will have the opportunity to work on many projects, from insights generation to machine learning, working in a data-rich environment, delivering work which has a real impact. You will be working with and learning from a team of highly skilled data specialists experienced in business intelligence, data engineering and data science domains across a range of strategic projects. What else is involved Work cross-functionally to identify actionable insights from our rich data sources and create new tools to support the business need to drive value from our data Translation of business problems and identification of solutions Perform exploratory and ad hoc data analysis with a view to generating consumer insights and using this to deliver actionable recommendations to the business Performing deep-dive analyses that help drive agile, data-led choices on important issues facing the business Data preparation and feature engineering in support of data science initiatives Creative thinking including new use case identification Communication of key insights to diverse audiences Agile mindset, capable of delivering quality products consistently and incrementally What we're looking for Qualifications, skills & experience in a relevant numerate field of study, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Intelligence or Data Science Demonstrable programming experience in SQL, R or Python is advantageous. Strong understanding of data analytics and statistics, with capability to explain your data to those who may not have data background Value orientated combined with a growth mindset A passionate customer experience advocate who see the customer at the centre of everything we do What's preferred? Current final year, third level student or recent graduate within two years of graduating Self-motivated person with desire to be the best Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well within teams and from own initiative.
