Our client, a top 5 Irish law firm, seeks to hire a talented Technology and Privacy Solicitor to its busy team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 3-6 years' PQE to work on cutting-edge technology, data protection, and privacy matters for high-profile clients both domestically and internationally. Key Responsibilities Advise on structuring contractual arrangements for the commercialisation, acquisition, or licensing of ICT and cloud systems and services. Support clients with outsourcing arrangements, procurement, and tendering processes. Counsel on legal issues related to the digital single market, e-commerce, and internet ecosystems. Advise on the emerging area of AI. Provide strategic advice on data protection and privacy matters, including data subject rights, audits, compliance, and breach response. Advise on consumer protection regulation, online tracking, employee monitoring, and global data transfer management. Candidate Profile Solicitor qualified in Ireland, the UK, or in another Common Law jurisdiction with 3-6 years PQE in technology, privacy, or data protection law.
