Contact Centre Sales Agent NEW BUSINESS/RENEWALS On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Contact Centre Sales Agent to join their expanding team. About the Role Our client is a leading insurance broker, regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. With a focus on customer service, they are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to add talented individuals to their team. This role will involve managing both new business and renewals, with key responsibilities in inbound/outbound sales. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound sales to new and existing business clients. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets daily, weekly, and monthly. Contribute to overall team and department sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system. Consistently deliver to all quality standards as part of ongoing training. Build rapport and engage with customers in a highly professional manner. Support colleagues and contribute to team success. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and time management to handle high volumes of calls. Report directly to the Team Lead within your section. Experience and Education: 1+ years of experience in inbound and/or outbound sales within a fast-paced, target-driven environment. APA Qualification is desirable but not mandatory. Skills: Ability to work well under pressure and remain focused on hitting sales targets. Genuine interest in sales and the administrative skills to manage closing deals. Dedication to giving the best advice and ensuring customers receive the right products for their needs. Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
