## Payroll Analyst Summary
Support the payroll team in completing monthly payrolls by performing various tasks.
### Key Responsibilities
* Plans, prioritises and organises workload
* Compiles and records company payroll and benefit data changes
* Monitors employee records and benefit elections
* Reviews payroll data changes for processing
* Inputs manual transactions to Corepay
* Reconciles payrolls and reviews entries for approval
* Ensures tax information is reconciled for payment
* Collaborates with cross-functional groups
* Attends payroll induction presentations
* Handles employee queries and salary certificates
* Runs weekly timecard collection process
### Requirements
* IPASS qualification (preferable but not essential)
* Minimum 3 year's experience with Corepay in a large organisation
* Experience with Workday and/or Oracle OTL (an advantage)
* Ability to prioritise tasks to meet payroll deadlines
* Strong Excel experience
