Job Description

Reporting to the Payroll Manager the Payroll Analyst provides a broad variety of tasks to support the payroll team in the completion of our monthly payrolls. Plans, prioritises and organises workload. Compiles, records company's payroll and benefit data changes such as tax information. Monitors changes to employee's records and benefit elections to maintain payroll records for processing of our bi-weekly and monthly payrolls. What a typical day might look like; Review all administrative payroll data changes for processing. Input ad hoc manual transactions to Corepay. Reconcile each payroll, review all entries and forwards for approval. Ensure all tax information is reconciled for payment to Revenue. Work with a number of cross functional groups including HRBP's, Compensation and Benefits and Talent Acquisition to ensure all relevant payroll entries are captured for processing. Attend new joiner induction presentations on payroll. The payroll team point of contact for employee queries and completion of salary certificates. Run weekly timecard collection process and ensures transfer to Corepay. Periodically reviews and updates SOP's and training documents for payroll processes. Perform other duties or projects as assigned by their manager. This role might be for you if you have: IPASS qualification preferable but not essential Minimum 3 year's experience with Corepay within a large mixed matrix organisation. Experience with Workday and/or Oracle OTL would be an advantage. Ability to prioritise tasks to ensure payroll deadlines are met. Strong Excel experience including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's and Macros.
