Job Description

Provide project management support and serve as HCP Engagement & Fair Market Value (FMV) support for global activities related to FMV, HCP Contracting/Engagements and Training. Collaborate with Sr. Manager to facilitate comprehensive contracting process for medical activities at Regeneron. Engage with healthcare professionals and sponsorships across various regions, including Europe and Canada. Key responsibilities include: • Be responsible for complete contracting process for healthcare community members across multiple geographies. • Serve as primary point of contact for medical teams seeking guidance and support on contracting processes related to meeting engagements and sponsorships. • Provide training on processes to relevant teams and collaborate to develop and maintain resources, web pages, training materials, and quick reference guides. • Conduct reviews and audits to ensure activities align with regulations. • Partner with key internal stakeholders, including Medical Teams, Compliance Officers, Legal Counsel, and Commercial Operations within international regions. • Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and government regulations related to consulting services and promotional activities. • Provide guidance on good documentation and submission processes for related HCP engagements to internal customers and vendors. • Understand and provide guidance to GMA customers on Needs Assessment Form. • Develop and distribute operational metrics and reporting. • Assist with reviewing and developing departmental procedural documents. • Responsible for cascading process improvements to their business unit. • Support GMA Stakeholders, Medical Directors within Global Clinical Development (GCD) and other personnel with project planning and, coordination and execution of the following activities: HCP Credentialing, HCP Contracting, Sponsorship, Payments to HCP. • Liaison between REGN and meeting planning internal or agencies. • Tracking and reporting of all of the above. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 to 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or Clinical Operations with hands-on experience managing HCP contracts across geographies. Knowledge of HCP Contracts and Advisory Boards is also essential.
