Job Description

Within this role you will be responsible for a broad variety of tasks to support the Irish payroll team in the completion of our bi-weekly and monthly payrolls. You will plan, prioritise and organise your workload and compile and record the Company's payroll and benefit data changes such as tax information. You will monitor changes to employee's records and benefit elections to maintain payroll records for processing of our bi-weekly and monthly payrolls. As a Temp Payroll Analyst, a typical day might include but is not limited to, the following: Reviewing all administrative payroll data record changes for processing Reconciling each payroll, reviewing all entries and forwarding for approval Ensuring all tax information is reconciled for payment to Revenue Inputting ad-hoc manual transactions to Corepay Acting as a point of contact for employee queries and completion of salary certificates Running weekly timecard collection process and ensuring transfer to Corepay Working with a number of cross functional groups including HRBP's, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Acquisition to ensure all relevant payroll entries are captured for processing This role might be for you if: You demonstrate an ability to prioritise tasks to ensure payroll deadlines are met You possess strong Excel experience including Pivot Tables, VLookups and Macros You demonstrate an ability to work within a successful team To be considered for this role you should have a minimum of 3 years experience with Corepay within a large mixed matrix organisation. IPASS qualification is preferred but not essential. Experience with Workday and/or Oracle OTL would be an advantage. Does this sound like you?
