Job Description

Temp Process Scientist role involves coordinating lab activities, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to process improvements.

As a key point of escalation, you will be responsible for coordinating lab activities and ensuring seamless operations across shifts. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who excels in communication, maintains high standards of compliance and GDP, and contributes to process improvements through meticulous research and reporting.

This is a 12-month temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support scientific investigations related to upstream unit operations of biologics manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure effective execution of scientific investigations.
  • Carry out small-scale process validation studies.
  • Assist in the analysis of samples generated from lab scale studies.
  • Develop and write protocols for small-scale process validation studies.
  • Tabulate results and write summary reports of process evaluation and validation studies.
  • Perform cGMP cell banking.
  • Present findings at group and interdepartmental meetings.
  • Maintain lab supplies and equipment.
  • Produce and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Life sciences/Engineering or related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Diligent in maintaining accurate records.
  • Thrives in a collaborative team setting.
