Job Description

Our client, who is based in Cork, is looking for a temporary accounts assistant to join their team on a 10-month contract. The role is a fully onsite role situated within a busy Issuing of sales invoices and customer statements Allocating of customer payments Management of the accounts inbox General customer account queries Reviewing and processing supplier invoices Monthly supplier payment run and allocation of payments Monthly statement reconciliation Employee Expense processing Bank reconciliations and support with month end reports. Providing day to day support to the Office Manager. Other ad-hoc duties as required Required Experience Minimum 2 years previous experience in a busy accounts role. Advanced Excel is essential. Experience using Sage 50 or similar desired. Excellent communication skills across telecommunications, email and face to face interactions. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and a professional manner at all times. Organised and diligent with strong attention to detail Proven ability to work within a team environment and on their own initiative Skills: Advanced Excel Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable
