Our client, a leading energy infrastructure company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Payments and Bank Reconciliation Administrator to join their finance team on atemporary 8-month contract basis. As a Payments and Bank Reconciliation Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payments and bank reconciliations. Responsibilities: Managing the bank reconciliation process to ensure all bank accounts are reconciled to agreed timelines Processing a variety of payments, including payroll, supplier payments, and ad-hoc payments Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment and reconciliation issues Identifying and posting monthly journal entries Supporting month-end reporting activities Ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies Key Skills and Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in bank reconciliations and payment processing. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft and Excel Working knowledge of Oracle is a distinct advantage Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Skills: Payments Bank Reconciliation Oracle
