Our client, a Cork based Financial Services provider, is looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their team on a 6-month temporary contract with a view to permanency. As a Financial Services Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring their clients receive a high level of service throughout the course of their financial engagement with our clients company. You'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to processing new business applications efficiently and accurately, while maintaining strong communication with both our advisors and clients. Key Responsibilities: Paraplanning: Preparing financial reports and creating client invoices, providing accurate data and product knowledge to customers, consultants and clients. Liaising with product providers and consultants. FOH services also. Application Processing: Manage new business applications for Life Assurance, Pensions, and Investments, ensuring they are processed accurately and within specified timelines. Communication: Foster effective communication with our Financial Services Advisors and Business Partners. Maintain regular contact with clients via phone and email, providing timely updates on their application status. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support for the Financial Services team. Client Focus: Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude, always striving to deliver exceptional customer service. Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements: APA/QFA qualification either fully or part qualified essential 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a financial brokerage company. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. A strong client-centric mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
