Job Title: Temporary Legal Secretary Location: Dublin, Ireland Duration: Temporary (3-6 months) Salary: Competitive Company: A leading law firm in Dublin Job Overview: A prestigious law firm in Dublin is seeking a highly organised and experienced Temporary Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the legal team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage and organise legal documents, correspondence, and case files. Prepare and format legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and contracts. Perform data entry, document management, and file maintenance. Client Interaction: Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate legal staff. Schedule and coordinate client appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Maintain client confidentiality and provide professional client service. Office Management: Coordinate and manage the calendars and deadlines. Arrange travel and accommodation for partners as needed. Order office supplies and maintain office equipment. Document Management: Assist in the preparation and filing of court documents. Conduct legal research and compile information for partners. Ensure all documents are correctly filed and archived in compliance with firm policies. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other legal secretaries and support staff to ensure smooth office operations. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by partners and office managers. Provide backup support to other secretaries and reception as needed. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal secretary in a law firm or legal department. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent typing and transcription skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
