The fundamental purpose of the Tender Bid Writer is to support the sales process and manage the actual bid process through an improved end-to-end bid process. The role will focus on ensuring that our proposal meets our value proposition, that the proposal is compelling, deadlines are met, and that all customer requirements are answered. First and foremost, we seek someone who knows the demanding IT professional staffing & services industry and understands how to work with clients in this area along with the importance of speed to market. emagine, as a consulting business, place the highest regard in quality, customer focus and consultant care. A snapshot of your key responsibilities as a Tender Bid Writer would be: Taking ownership the tender process Conducting thorough analysis of bid requirements and develop comprehensive bid plans and schedules. Writing, editing and submitting bid documents Ensuring all subject matter expert content is collated along with all other materials for inclusion in tender response documents. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with client requirements. Keeping accurate records and help maintain the Bid Library for future use. Developing and maintain plans to track bid-related tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Objectively reviewing bid submissions and suggest changes/improvements. Conducting lessons learned reviews internally and with clients. Identifying new Tender opportunities. Continuously evaluating and refine bid management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end bid/tender process and will be able to successfully demonstrate a proven track record within a bid writing position. A proven track record of writing high quality bids. Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. At least 4 years experience in a similar role, preferably dealing with Public Sector bids Ability to work well under pressure. Strategic thinking.
