- Prepare quotations and send written price confirmations to customers.
- Search for potential tender notices relevant to Cook Medical's business.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure tenders are submitted within customer deadlines and requirements.
- Oversee the compilation of tenders and bids to ensure professionalism, speed, and compliance.
- Support colleagues on complex tenders as required.
- Collaborate with global departments to gather information for tenders.
- Maintain accurate tender files for historical and reference purposes.
- Update pricing on relevant systems as necessary.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience or knowledge of pricing, tenders, or public procurement.
- Legal or business qualification.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Excellent written skills in relevant languages.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
