Job Description

Oversee the entire tendering process from start to finish. Establish and nurture relationships with key clients. Maintain organized tender folders and keep team members updated. Prepare accurate tender submissions within deadlines. Ensure timely submission and processing of tenders. Lead tender risk assessments. Negotiate pricing with suppliers. Manage cost databases to track costs. Develop relationships with key vendors. Stay updated on industry trends. Implement quality procedures. Lead the Tendering Team. Provide updates on tender status, including analysis of tender results.

Requirements: 5+ years Commercial experience. 10+ years senior role in MV/HV organisation. Relevant qualification (e.g. Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying). Excellent project management and organisational skills. Strong understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong Microsoft Office package skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. Extensive knowledge of contractual terms, conditions, and risk management.
