Territory Manager - South Leinster

Major Tasks

  1. Achieve all KPIs in line with the Sales Incentive Plan created by the Pharmacy Field Sales Manager / Channel Manager on a cycle/annual basis.
  2. Effective management of key pharmacy chains within your assigned territory. Present BCH benefits (SKU range, visibility, brand activation, promotional activity, etc.) and follow up with these accounts.
  3. Support and drive growth in all national key accounts within your assigned territory, following guidance from the Channel Manager/Field Sales Manager, including trainings, implementing POS, and merchandising.
  4. Build Bayer's business within independent pharmacies and develop relationships with key pharmacy stakeholders (buyers) and staff (OTC Assistants), consistent with sales objectives/priorities. Identify relevant pharmacy staff, educate, train, and motivate them on the product attributes of Bayer focus brands.
  5. Monitor and execute merchandising planograms in assigned territory accounts in line with BCH standards.
  6. Identify e-commerce opportunities within your territory and coordinate the execution of these e-commerce plans, aligning customer and BCH strategies for maximum impact. Ensure digital ways of working are visible in your assigned territory.
  7. Review and report on area sales performance on a monthly basis using Arcos/Tableau, considering market factors and competitive insights.
  8. Create an efficient journey plan for your territory and ensure adherence.
  9. Responsible for collecting GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) agreements in your assigned territory.
  10. Attend and actively participate in sales meetings (both face-to-face and virtual).

Who you are?

  • Education: A degree-level education is preferred.
  • Experience: Good experience in FMCG/OTC market.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with good business sense.
  • Initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and actively seek opportunities for development.
