As the sole representative in Ireland, you will spearhead the growth of cutting-edge quality management solutions tailored to the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. This is a 100% new business role, where you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers within top-tier pharmaceutical companies across Ireland. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive new business opportunities. Identify and engage with potential clients within the life sciences sector, focusing on pharmaceutical manufacturers. Present and demonstrate digital enterprise solutions, emphasizing quality management systems, energy management systems, etc. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and success in the Irish market. Key Requirements: Proven track record in business development, particularly within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of digital enterprise solutions and quality management systems. SaaS/IT sales will not be considered unless you have sold digital solutions to Pharmaceutical manufacturers in Ireland! Sales experience of digital solutions is essential! Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the Irish market.
