Seeking Territory Manager - Surgical to drive sales growth in Dublin and South/South East Ireland, developing clinical relationships and promoting medical devices to enhance patient outcomes.
Role Overview:
- Deliver year-on-year sales growth by meeting and/or exceeding the annual sales plan in the agreed territory.
- Secure, maintain and service existing business.
- Build a sales pipeline and meet strategic growth targets by identifying key growth and new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement agreed strategies in all target accounts.
- Participate in and provide support at relevant exhibitions, sales meetings, and other clinical/sales-related functions.
- Develop territory management plans that identify and prioritise activities to achieve business goals.
- Promote a positive and professional company image internally and externally.
- Utilise CRM system inputting all information daily.
- Complete all administration, reports & requests within guidelines & on time.
- Support other territories on occasion if required.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant commercial experience in Theatre or Medical Surgical sales or business development required.
- Proven track record of Medical Device sales success in the Irish medical market.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven organisational/multi-tasking skills.
- High level of self-initiative, dynamism, and self-management (capable of working independently).
- Strong relationship/team player skills, with ability to work collaboratively as a member of a cross-functional team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- IT skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, CRM systems.
