Crossell are looking for Area Territory Managers The locations: Area Territory Manager covering the Southeast to the midlands of the country. Wicklow, Waterford, Kilkenny, Tipperary, Carlow, Laois, Offaly Area Territory Manager Covering the South to the West of the country. Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Clare Benefits: Salary: (DOE) €36k to €40k Daily Lunch Allowance Quarterly incentive scheme. 21 days of annual leave. Company car and fuel card. Pension contribution Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Work closely with retail customers to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement efficient route plans and customer call cycles.. Achieve KPIs related to daily customer activity and performance. Develop and execute an annual business plan, including reporting and sales forecasting. Identify new customers, sales channels, and target markets to drive business growth.. Collaborate with the Buying team on new product development and market implementation. Secure new product listings across multiple sales channels Skills, Qualifications & Experience: Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, energetic approach. Innovative and strategic thinker, with a creative approach to problem-solving. Results-driven and commercially minded, with proven experience in key account management. Strong customer focus and ability to build lasting relationships.. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven negotiation and influencing skills. Previous experience in the FMCG and/or DIY sectors is a plus. IT literate, with experience using sales software and reporting tools. The Role: We are seeking an experienced Area Territory Manager to join our clients growing team. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing retail customers while identifying new business opportunities.
