Come be a part of their mission to shape a brighter future with sustainable solutions and unleash your full potential!Your role as Territory Sales Manager will be to develop your ledger of independent retailers.Responsibilities include:Full responsibility for customer service, training of customers, updating the CRM system, contract negotiations, and sales/margin performance of the customers in your defined area.Create objectives and development plans based on the opportunities in your area.Work as a trusted partner with our existing and new customer base.Implement promotions, coordinate merchandising standards, and negotiate agreements.What do you need to be successful in this role?Structured field sales experience.Self-starter, capable of using initiative and determination to achieve targets and grow your customer base.Confident presenter and communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to build positive relationships with external customers and internal departments.Self-motivated and well-organised with necessary I.T skills and understanding of numbers for sound decision making.Previous experience in a field-based sales role, managing the entire sales cycle, journey planning, and setting action plans.A full Irish driving license and ability to travel frequently across your region.ABOUT USThis role is being handled by Venture Recruitment, a specialist retail & trade recruitment consultancy covering the whole of the UK.
