**Territory Sales Manager Opportunity**

**About the Role**
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a ledger of independent retailers in Southern Ireland/Munster. Key responsibilities include:
• Full responsibility for customer service, training, and contract negotiations
• Updating the CRM system and managing sales/margin performance
• Creating objectives and development plans based on opportunities in your area
• Working as a trusted partner with existing and new customers
• Implementing promotions, coordinating merchandising standards, and negotiating agreements
**Requirements**
• Structured field sales experience
• Self-starter with initiative and determination to achieve targets
• Confident presenter and communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with external customers and internal departments
• Self-motivated and well-organized with necessary IT skills and understanding of numbers
• Previous experience in a field-based sales role, managing the entire sales cycle
• Full Irish driving license and ability to travel frequently across your region
