Job Description
Test Analyst (x2) contract position seeking skilled professionals to drive quality in cutting-edge projects.
As a key member of an Agile team, you will collaborate with team members to shape testing strategies and ensure software delivery with excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Become an integral part of an Agile/Scrum team, working closely with team members to shape testing strategies for new features and enhancements.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, contributing to delivery commitments alongside the team.
- Design test cases using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) that validate each user story, ensuring alignment with acceptance criteria.
- Transform functional requirements into automated test scripts using high-quality, scalable test automation frameworks for both functional and regression testing.
- Execute tests, manage test execution runs, and provide detailed reports on results.
- Regularly update automated scripts after every test cycle to ensure ongoing relevance and accuracy.
- Detect and log bugs, working to investigate and resolve issues arising from test automation runs.
- Create and maintain mocks/stubs/virtual services to ensure smooth execution of automated test frameworks.
- Provide comprehensive test results to the Scrum team, helping reproduce and resolve issues efficiently.
- Keep test scripts organized and up to date in the test repositories.
Tech Stack:
- Selenium for browser automation
- Postman for API testing
- Jenkins for continuous integration
- SQL for database validation
- XRAY for test management
- Confluence and JIRA for team collaboration
Requirements:
- Hands-on testing experience in front-end, back-end, integration, and regression testing
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- REST API testing skills
- Experience with Cucumber/Gherkin Syntax
- Exposure to Automation frameworks
- Java knowledge is a plus
