Job Description

Morgan McKinley has partnered with well known engineering and design company as the look to hire a Test Engineer.

This client focuses on combining enterprise networking capabilities from leading global IT companies with hardware and software platforms that are specifically made to satisfy market demands and the strictest environmental regulations.

In this role you will develop, test, and implement automated test/solutions to streamline their processes, increase efficiency, and optimize productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will develop, maintain and execute manual tests in close cooperation with the developers.
• Maintain automated tests including integration tests, functional tests, performance tests.
• Participate in application and test code reviews with the rest of the Scrum team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in testing, developing, and maintaining productionlevel software.
• Experience in testing of Ethernet L2/L3 protocols, use of Spirent/Trex Traffic generators.
• Experinece in Linux operating systems (Linux networking, routing, iptables, OvS, KVM hypervisor, openSSL, x509 certificates).
• Experience developing test solutions in Python, Bash.
• Experience of Git, GIT pipelines, Selenium automation, Testrail, and Jira bug tracking, VMWare ESXi, Nutanix.

Dersiables:

• Practical experience with Cisco network equipment/CiscoCLI.
• Recent CCNA switching/routing certified.
• Recent CCNA Security/CEH/Comtia security+ certified.
• Be ISTQB certified.
