Job Description
This Test Engineer role is in a fast-paced R&D Department for a leading indigenous electronics company. The Test Engineer will develop and maintain Test Equipment for production lines, drawing upon electronics and NI LabVIEW proficiency.
Responsibilities include crafting Test Equipment for Fire and Gas detection products, devising LabVIEW programs for testing procedures, overseeing project management, and fostering collaborative relationships across departments.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, LabVIEW CLD Certification, 3-5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, and proficiency in digital and analog electronics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting, building, and assembling Test Equipment for Fire and Gas detection products.
- Devising and refining LabVIEW programs for thorough testing procedures.
- Overseeing Project Management initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Fostering collaborative relationships across departments.
- Providing expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Thorough documentation of circuit designs and programs.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering.
- Laboratory Virtual Instrumentation Engineering Workbench (LabVIEW) Certified Developer (CLD) certification.
- 3-5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing.
- Proficiency in digital and analog electronics.
- Familiarity with In-Circuit Test Equipment.
- Knowledge and experience in Radio Frequency (RF) technology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Strong work ethic and positive outlook.
- Capable of functioning autonomously or collaboratively within a team setting.
