Desired skills:Test Manager, QA Manager, contract, Software test manager, Automation tester, manual tester, qaWe have an immediate need for an experienced Test Manager to assist our client with the continuous growth of their company.The role will initially be contracted for 12 months with a very likely extension beyond 1 year.This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager to lead a team within a very reputable organisation for a daily rate of €500-600 per day.Responsibilities:Manage and lead an experienced QA and testing team, encouraging high performance and efficiencyCreate and execute a detailed testing strategyLiaise with managers to ensure that the test plan aligns with the overall projectDeliver detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders, discussing progress and addressing any issues that have been identifiedMentor and guide junior members of the team and assist with the overall recruitment processConsult with Key Business StakeholdersRequirements:At least 10 years' experience within Test Management including implementation experienceStrong knowledge of Project Management and Test Management methodologiesISTQB Advanced - DesirableWide range of technology and platform experienceIn-depth knowledge of software testing (manual and automated testing tools)Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
