Requirements We are looking for a Test Lead who is hands-on, proactive, and can ensure that our cloud application, mobile apps, and APIs maintain the highest standards of quality. The Role Lead QA Efforts: Manage and mentor a team of 2 QA engineers, providing guidance, support, and setting testing strategies and goals. Own the entire QA process, from planning to execution, for our cloud application, mobile apps, and APIs. Hands-On Testing: Perform manual and automated testing for both web and mobile applications. Design and execute test cases for functional, regression, performance, and API testing. Be directly involved in API testing using tools such as Postman or equivalent. Automation & Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring that test automation is integrated into the development lifecycle. Continuously improve testing frameworks, processes, and tools to increase test coverage and effectiveness. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with the product, development, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless release cycles. Act as a key advocate for quality, helping to define quality metrics and ensure clear communication across teams. Test Reporting: Own test reporting and metrics, ensuring comprehensive reporting on test coverage, bugs, and product stability. Ensure that bugs are logged and tracked efficiently, following through until issues are resolved. Experience: 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years of leading or managing a QA team. Strong background in testing cloud applications, mobile apps, and APIs. Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and API testing frameworks (e.g., Postman, REST Assured). Technical Skills: Proficiency in manual testing and test automation. Strong understanding of API testing and cloud application testing methodologies. Experience working in Agile development environments. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the build process. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with development and product teams. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Benefits What we Offer?
